If you are an Onboarding & Mobilisation Specialist who has experience in client onboarding, cross-functional project coordination, and process improvement, we have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for you to join our growing team.
This is a maternity cover position (9 months minimum term), offering a chance to make a real impact by ensuring smooth transitions for new and existing clients.
If successful, you will play a key role within our Customer Experience Team, generating smooth client integrations, to deliver high quality customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your typical day will look like:
Taking ownership of onboarding and mobilisation projects with new clients
Coordinating internal teams to ensure technical and operational alignment
Managing client communications and resolving account-related queries
Supporting account transitions, renewals, and updates with the Existing Business Team
Driving continuous improvements in onboarding workflows and tools
Delivering OMS training and support to internal team members
Maintaining and updating onboarding playbooks and project documentation
Providing regular updates to senior leadership
You will have:
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
Proven experience managing client onboarding or mobilisation projects in a B2B or service-based environment
Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and client relationship management
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office, and tools like Power BI or Tableau
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Experience with business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
