The Role
We are hiring an Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is all about helping new customers get set up, making sure they understand how to get the best out of our software, and guiding them through to a successful go-live.
You will work closely with customers straight after the sales process, understanding their business, configuring their account, and training them to use our platform. Once they are live, you will ensure they are confident using the software and ready for long-term success.
This is not about ticking boxes or just following a script. It is about problem-solving, building relationships, and helping customers feel confident in using our platform from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Learning our software from the customer's point of view
Understanding each customer's goals and tailoring onboarding to their needs
Setting up new accounts and environments so customers are ready to go live
Training customers on how to use our software effectively
Providing guidance and support during onboarding without doing their work for them
Working with other teams such as Support, Development, and Account Management to keep onboarding smooth
Writing simple guides or recording videos to build up our knowledge base
Ensuring a structured onboarding plan is followed for each client
What We're Looking For
A proactive, customer-first mindset. You like solving problems and helping people succeed
Clear communication skills. You can explain things in a way that makes sense to non-technical users
Organised and detail-oriented. You keep onboarding structured and on track
Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment
Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
(Experience is a bonus, but we value attitude and potential above all else.)
