Your role:
As the Oncology Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for one oncology brand. The role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate strategy into impactful brand initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual brand plans, aligned with overall oncology portfolio strategy.
Manage promotional campaigns and materials, ensuring compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and internal standards.
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and other functions to drive coordinated execution.
Support the planning and delivery of advisory boards, national congresses, webinars, and peer-to-peer education programs.
Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and contribute to accurate forecasting and business planning.
Manage day-to-day agency relationships to deliver high-quality campaigns and initiatives on time and within budget.
Gather insights from healthcare professionals, patient groups, and market research to refine brand strategy.
Who you are:
Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within oncology or specialty care.
Proven ability to execute brand initiatives with measurable impact.
Good knowledge of UK healthcare environment and compliance frameworks.
Good communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage several projects at once and deliver under tight timelines when required
