About the role



At One Stop Store Ltd., we are committed to continuously improving service to our local communities. As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will have a crucial responsibility in achieving this goal. Your role involves leading and managing warehouse operations and a team of colleagues, ensuring safe and efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By doing so, you will enable our team to provide flawless service to our customers.


You will be responsible for



Managing a team and designated area of responsibility, ensuring top-tier customer service while consistently meeting or surpassing critical metrics. Addressing daily and weekly operational challenges through direct communication with the DC Manager, Shift Managers, and Transport Managers. Coordinating and reviewing DC Health & Safety performance, making sure all team members contribute to a strong Health & Safety culture and follow the H&S policy. Maintaining up-to-date lists and procedures for blocking issues and critical concerns related to site security systems and processes. Collaborating with the Inventory Controller to stay informed about the site's stock/shrink position. Leading team development by focusing on areas such as induction, training, performance, and mentoring to foster growth and success.

Contribute to making sure customers can purchase the products they want when they want them. Ideally, have experience working in a warehouse environment.
