On-Event Drivers

to join our operational team for the 2026 event season.

As an essential part of our on-the-ground operations, you'll work closely with the Event Control Team to support both participants and crew. This role is varied, fast-paced, and requires flexibility as event needs can change rapidly. If you enjoy travel, teamwork, and contributing to a great participant experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Drive cars, vans, and minibuses between event sites across the UK. Carry out ad hoc tasks as directed by the Event Control Team throughout the weekend. Assist and support event participants where required. Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures. Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any issues.

Requirements

Proven experience driving vans and minibuses. Full, clean UK driving licence. Strong understanding of UK road networks and long-distance driving. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Confident communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work variable hours and travel nationwide on event weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous driving experience in a professional capacity. Experience working in events or outdoor environments.
