About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Online Assistant

to join our team. This is a varied role that covers order processing, customer service, and managing our online shopping and marketplace presence. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow, with potential for progression within the business and expansion into social media and digital marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Liaising with couriers to arrange collections and deliveries. Booking couriers and ensuring timely dispatch of orders. Keeping customers informed about their deliveries when needed.

Customer Support

Handling enquiries via telephone and email in a professional, friendly manner. Resolving issues promptly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Online Shop Management

Overseeing platforms such as eBay and Amazon. Ensuring product listings are kept up to date. Adding new products, descriptions, and images when required.

Future Growth Opportunities

Supporting social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Assisting with digital marketing campaigns and promotions.

Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Confident using computers and online platforms.
