We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Online Bike Expert Advisor to join our team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement combining both remote-working and time spent in our Contact Centre in Llansamlet, Swansea.

This role is crucial in assisting customers through our digital channels - from beginners to enthusiasts and using your hands on expertise to make informed decisions and enhance their cycling experience.

To cover the opening hours of the contact centre, the Online Bike Expert Advisor will follow a flexible 20-hour weekly shift pattern between Monday to Friday 9:00 and 20:00, Saturday 9.00 - 17.30 and Sunday 10.00 - 18.30.

What you'll be doing:

Responding to customer queries in a timely, helpful and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat. Identifying customer needs and providing personalised expert advice. Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved. Assisting in driving online sales through proactive engagement via live chat, email or phone. Applying technical knowledge to help resolve issues. Assisting customer service colleagues with accurate technical advice and guidance. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, models and technology to provide accurate advice.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience of working in a customer service environment (essential). Cycling knowledge or a passion for cycling (preferred). An individual with excellent digital literacy skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. A proactive and solution driven approach, who is willing to go the extra mile.
