Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Online Campaign Lead in Exeter. Plan, create, and manage online marketing campaigns that connect with our audience. Write engaging content for social media and our website that reflects our brand and values. Analyse campaign performance and suggest ways to improve results. Research new opportunities to grow our online presence and reach. Support and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practice in digital marketing. Maintain clear, friendly, and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong communication and writing skills. Excellent research and analytical abilities. Experience managing successful online marketing campaigns. Ability to train and mentor colleagues. Familiarity with social media, web development, and digital marketing tools (experience with AI tools is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Must be able to work on-site in Exeter.

Pay: 25,275.01-56,516.08 per year
