As part of the domestic sales team, you will be at the forefront of increasing rate-of-sale performance of Miele appliances at retail and connecting consumers with premium appliances that are sustainable and high quality. Your Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with Consumer Marketing, Category Managers and Sales, you define and deliver the Trade Marketing strategy and plan across relevant channels
  • In partnership with the marketing team, you contribute your expertise to develop campaigns and assets and ensure their effective implementation in retail environments
  • By representing the customer perspective, you lead projects and influence marketing campaigns and messaging to align with retailer and consumer needs
  • You take ownership of the discretionary advertising and promotion budget, aligning with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure effective delivery of plans
  • In collaboration with internal teams and partners, you develop and implement a 12-month trade marketing strategy that supports mutual growth for Miele and its retail partners
  • You apply analytical tools to measure and evaluate the success of online retail marketing initiatives, including sales performance, ROI, and partner feedback
  • You implement a feedback-driven approach to continuously optimise marketing activities and budget allocation
What we are looking for
  • Extensive online marketing experience with a customer-centric approach and a strong commercial mindset, including proven success in strategy execution for senior stakeholders
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent expertise in digital marketing; CIM qualification is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and navigate complex organisational structures
  • Proven experience interpreting KPIs such as Share of Search, ROI, PDP readiness and automation levels
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce dynamics, digital shelf analytics and content syndication tools, with the ability to share best practices on digital activation and conversion-driving applications
  • Desirable: CIM qualification
  • Desirable: Experience in project management or similar environments
