Online Customer Service Consultant

Ambitious, conscientious and organised you will be the first point of contact for our customers via email, phone, social media and live chat. Using your considerable written and oral communications skills, you will confidently respond to all enquiries in a timely and commercial manner.
About you:
As a self-starter, excellent communicator and problem solver you will ensure all customers get our usual high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering outstanding customer service in all contacts with customers
Supporting our online customers with order updates, admin queries and product information
Processing customer returns, exchanges and repair enquiries
Skills & Experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to organise multiple simultaneous customer contacts often to tight deadlines
Previous customer service experience in a digital/online environment.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
