We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Online Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end user lifecycle for our US/UK equities trading/Investing platform. You will be instrumental in developing sophisticated segmentation strategies to boost user engagement, asset retention, and overall Assets Under Management (AUM). The ideal candidate is a proactive operator with a deep understanding of US/UK capital markets and a proven track record in leveraging data to drive growth within a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End User Lifecycle Management:
Develop and execute layered user operation strategies for the US/UK equities platform, focused on
increasing trade frequency, asset retention, and growing total Assets Under Management (AUM).
Data-Driven Precision Marketing:
Analyze user behavior data (e.g., trading frequency, portfolio preferences, risk profile) to
build robust user segmentation models.
Design and optimize targeted outreach campaigns (via EDM, push notifications, community) based on these insights.
High-Value User Experience:
Lead
initiatives to enhance the user journey for high-net-worth (HNW) and active traders. Collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams to deliver
customized content and services
(e.g., exclusive market reports, VIP hotline, investment webinars) to increase loyalty and LTV (Lifetime Value).
Compliance Alignment:
Work closely with compliance teams to
ensure all operational initiatives and marketing campaigns fully adhere to local financial regulations
and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience
in online marketing, or a related role within the
financial services, FinTech, or wealth management industry.
Strong knowledge of US/UK equity market mechanics
Proficiency in data analysis tools
(e.g., SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel) and
marketing automation platforms
(e.g., Braze, HubSpot).

Hands-on experience operating
