We're looking for a solutions focused individual to join our online team with experience of customer service via phone and email. Our Retention and Support team are responsible for guiding customers through various aftersales journeys from a 14 day return right through to our 3 year warranty.

If you have a passion for guitars, we want to hear from you. The Ideal candidate will:
Handle post purchase enquiries via phone and email and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be a natural problem solver, focused on delivering outstanding solutions for a variety of products and scenarios.
Have a customer first attitude and problem-solving mindset with the desire to influence customer interactions and help every customer find the right product as part of their returns journey.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ensure every interaction reflects our core values and creates a lasting relationship with our customers.
