Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Sales & Marketing
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across TikTok, Amazon, and Shopify.
Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Plan and manage advertising campaigns (TikTok Ads, Amazon PPC, Shopify Ads) to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with influencers and leverage livestreaming to boost brand exposure and engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Platform & Store Management
Maintain and update product catalogs, images, descriptions, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, including content standards, ad regulations, and service requirements.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Identify and resolve listing errors, account restrictions, and customer disputes efficiently.
Daily Operations & Customer Service
Process and manage daily orders, returns, and exchanges to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with professionalism and accuracy.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and the shopping experience.
Develop and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
Proven experience in
TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, or Shopify
operations.
Strong understanding of
e-commerce marketing
, including paid ads and performance optimization.
Knowledge of
SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Fluency in
English
; additional languages (especially Chinese) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
