Furniture Sales Executive

to join our close-knit team and become an integral part of our journey. You must be comfortable with making outbound calls and being proactive! Confidence and a real desire to 'close business' is what counts.

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and driving online and trade sales whist being mindful of daily and weekly targets. You'll handle customer enquiries, build strong relationships with clients, and provide an exceptional end-to-end experience - from quotation through to delivery. Inbound and outbound phone calls, live chats and emails will all be second nature to you.

You'll be working alongside a small, friendly team, in a company where your ideas are encouraged and your development is genuinely supported. Experience of working towards targets and sharing your ideas with our marketing teams to ensure you achieve these targets is paramount.

Job-Type:

Online Luxury Furniture Sales Executive - Full Time

Days of work:

Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm, WFH on Fridays 8:30am - 4pm.

What we're Looking For



Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and within a team

Positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment

A passion for interiors and home design is a bonus

Comfortable using MS Word and Excel; Magento experience is desirable

Key Responsibilities



Manage incoming sales enquiries via phone and email

Provide tailored quotations, process orders, and issue pro-forma invoices

Keep clients updated on order status and expected delivery timelines

Build relationships with trade clients and designers, maintaining regular communication

Follow up on sales leads and identify new business opportunities

Monitor and update product pricing on the trade website weekly

Take initiative and contribute fresh ideas to improve processes and client experience
