Flexible, Monday to Friday (Zero-Hours Contract with ongoing expected hours of at least 25 a week)

We're on the lookout for a

proactive, detail-oriented Online Sales Packer & Retail Store Operative

What You'll Be Doing:

Packing online clothing orders

with precision and care, making sure every package is neat, professional, and ready to impress.

Handling dispatch and returns

using computer systems to track and process orders confidently.

Responding to customer messages

promptly and professionally to maintain our high standards of service.

Supporting with streaming preperations

to keep online operations running smoothly.

Assisting in the retail store

--keeping the space tidy, processing stock, helping customers, and ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who works efficiently and adapts quickly to changes. A kind, relatable, and energetic personality--good humour is always a plus! A team player who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in. Full of energy with a proactive rather than reactive mindset.
