We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to join our online team in the United Kingdom. Based remotely, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality tuition to our students, supporting their learning journey and fostering academic success.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and personalized online tutoring sessions in various core subjects. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain clear communication with students and parents regarding performance and areas for improvement. Develop tailored lesson plans that meet individual student needs. Support students with special educational needs when necessary. Utilize online teaching tools effectively to enhance learning experiences. Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress. Collaborate with other tutors and staff to improve teaching strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching at the relevant educational level. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds. Experience working with children and understanding of child development. Knowledge of special education needs is a plus. Reliable internet connection and proficiency with online teaching platforms. Passion for education and helping students succeed. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
