Duties

Create and optimise product listings across various online marketplaces, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-quality images. Manage inventory levels and update stock information regularly to prevent overselling or stockouts. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing professional and helpful assistance. Process orders efficiently, including packaging and arranging for dispatch or delivery. Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Maintain a clean and organised digital storefront, ensuring all listings adhere to platform guidelines. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products through social media and other digital channels. Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Skills

Proven experience in online selling or e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or similar. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is advantageous. Proficiency in using computer software such as MS Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to online retailing.
