Duties

Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to engage actively in their studies. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other educators and specialists, particularly when supporting students with special educational needs.

Experience

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children, is highly desirable. Familiarity with special education practices and strategies is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying concepts and maintaining a supportive atmosphere. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically are crucial for this role.
