Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Online Shop Administrator to assist in managing our online shop. This role is essential to ensuring our online customers enjoy a smooth, informative, and visually appealing shopping experience--from browsing fabric swatches to placing custom orders.

Duties

Order Processing & Fulfilment -

Manage incoming orders, liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims professionally.

Customer Support -

Respond to enquiries about product specifications, measuring guides, installation tips, and order status. Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.

Product & Catalogue Management -

Upload and maintain product listings, ensure accurate descriptions and co-ordinate with suppliers to reflect stock availability and lead times.

Website & Platform Maintenance -

Audit the online shop regularly to ensure functionality, mobile responsiveness, and ease of navigation.

Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce administration, ideally within home furnishings or interior design. Familiarity with Shopify. Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and basic image editing tools. Understanding of curtains and blinds terminology, customization options, and installation processes. Some knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
