We're looking for a

full-time

On-line Sports website creator/coordinator to drive and grow our online sales channels from our Cwmbran office this is not a remote job you will work

closely with the team in the office in Cwmbran .

You'll be sales-driven, have a passion for sports, especially running or rugby, and want to take ownership of our online presence.

You will create exciting listings and content to make our fantastic product stand out from the crowd

You will need to be passionate about sports and RUGBY will be at the TOP of your list you ideally will play or have played so you get the rugby culture

is a leading retailer in Running Footwear, Gait Analysis, and everything a runner needs! You can find us in Cwmbran, Cardiff, Swansea, and Bristol.

AND both brands are growing online too.

What you'll do:

Take ownership of our third-party marketplace channels (eBay, Amazon, etc.) with a clear, sales-driven approach to maximising revenue and profitability. Manage and optimise product listings to ensure they are accurate, engaging, and competitive. Plan and execute promotions, advertising, and pricing strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition. Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and recommend improvements to exceed targets. Collaborate with the in-store and digital teams to align inventory, branding, and customer service. Stay up to date with e-commerce and marketplace best practices, trends, and tools.

What we're looking for:

Flare to create bespoke listings to standout from the other online players A sales-driven mindset with a desire to work in a SPORTS related company Previous experience e-commerce or online marketplace accounts is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and confidence with data analysis and digital tools. A proactive, results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine interest in sports, especially running and/or rugby, is essential.
