The Online Training Manager will oversee virtual training projects on Samsung Backstage (the company's online training platform) and partner sites. You'll manage online training projects from start to finish and develop innovative ideas tailored to current business needs and products.
Your role includes promoting virtual training, sharing insights with channel partners, field teams, and training teams, while focusing on ROI and training effectiveness.
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and external agencies to enhance virtual training and strengthen audience engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO
TRAINING STRATEGY EXECUTION
Train and support field teams on new system changes, enabling effective updates across Retail and Call Centre channels.
Work closely with Retail Programmes, Virtual Training and B2B Training teams to deliver a consistent, best-in-class learning experience.
Ensure e-learning delivery aligns with overall training strategies and organisational goals.
PLATFORM ENHANCEMENT

COLLABORATION
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to demonstrate the ROI of the e-learning platform.
Work collaboratively with the Senior Online Training Manager on quarterly strategy, sell-in of initiatives, campaigns and incentives.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead the project management of all new platform developments, campaigns and system enhancements.
Manage end-to-end delivery of new product launches on the platform, ensuring updates are completed accurately and on time.
Liaise with developers to define system changes, priorities and delivery timelines.
