Protocol 89 is an IT service provider delivering support and consulting services to professional services clients in the construction sector, with an emphasis on high quality responsive service.
We are recruiting a new member of the team who will be based onsite at a client's office in Pall Mall, Central London. The client is a successful professional consultancy firm with around 100 staff, working mostly from Windows 10 laptops with Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, and also company iPhones. As the sole onsite support technician you will be responsible for assisting staff with any technical issues that arise so that they may continue their work with minimal disruption. Their staff are often very busy and not always very tech-savvy, so good customer service and communication are key in the delivery of the support function, and are greatly appreciated by the client.
The client has a typical onsite Windows Server environment with Active Directory, along with Microsoft 365 cloud which is used for emails and OneDrive storage. The role does not require in-depth knowledge and experience of Windows Server & Office 365 administration but some experience of basic tasks such as user management in AD and M365 would be beneficial.

Pay: 35,000.00 per year
