Collecting furniture and or textiles from policy holder address and returning to factory for restoration and validation purposes.
Experience working within the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential
Experience in furniture removal is also advantageous no essential
Driving Licence is essential
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are 100% insurance claim led business, operating on a national level on a daily basis.
Working hours are on average 50 hours a week, role does require early starts and some late finishes.
Adhere to and meet the Service Level Agreements.
Monitor the Transport Calendar.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
Prioritise work load.
Maintain a flexible approach to meet the demands of the business.
Excellent communication skills.
A highly organised approach.
Ensuring the health and safety of yourself and others at all times.
Maintain good housekeeping systems.
Stores order up to date for Technicians.
Liaise and coordinate with other departments.
Targets:
Act in the best interests of the company at all times.
Ensure a professional excellent service to our customers at all times
To manage and move all jobs on time on a daily basis.
Highlight process issues to management at the earliest opportunity.
Ensure targets are met.
