The department is operational from 8am to 10pm Monday - Sunday, and you will be expected to work 35 hours on a rota, working 5 days over 7. We also offer enhanced pay for evening and weekend shifts.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and by email
Recording the nature of enquiries to help improve our services
Working with colleagues to resolve queries quickly and professionally
Learning our systems and services so you can give accurate advice
Supporting customers during evenings and weekends on a flexible rota
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service or administration (essential)
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
A confident, professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience in housing or property is a plus - but not essential
