Salary: Grade 5, 32.080 - 36,636

Permanent

Working pattern: 7 hours daily Mon-Fri

Applications are invited for an Open Studio Officer within Open Studio itself.



Providing specialist administrative support within Open Studio, this post has a particular focus on a number of key areas of responsibility including multi stream co-ordination, all aspects of operational administration for the Pre Sessional English provision, including developing, implementing and managing the student application process for online and on-campus delivery modules, annual staffing rounds to engage suitable tutors and their on-going support over intensive periods of engagement, delivery and assessment. The post will also provide operational administration to develop new in-sessional language support across GSA. The post will also provide operational oversight for the delivery of activity related to Leverhulme funding awarded to provide bespoke provision to support excellence in young people through fine art classes, and its related reporting requirements.
