We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-focused Civils Reinstatement Operatives to join our field team. In this role, you will be responsible for the reinstatement of highways, footpaths, and verges following telecoms or utilities installation works. You'll work as part of a civils crew, ensuring all reinstatement is carried out to the required standards (NRSWA) and completed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Carry out backfilling, compacting, and surface reinstatement (tarmac, modular paving, concrete, etc.) after telecoms excavation works. Ensure compliance with NRSWA and local authority reinstatement specifications. Safely operate machinery and tools such as wacker plates, trench compactors, breakers, and cutting tools. Work closely with Civils and Fibre Installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Complete job sheets, photographs, and compliance documents accurately. Ensure all work areas are safe, clean, and traffic/pedestrian-friendly during and after works. Follow health and safety regulations, including use of full PPE and site-specific RAMS. Maintain a clean and professional image while representing the company on-site.

Essential Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (Category B and E) Openreach SA006 Certification Valid NRSWA Street Works Operative Card - LA,01,02,03,04,05,06,08
