About the Role



We are seeking a dedicated and organised team member for a dual role that combines operations and sales responsibilities. Based at our Manchester office, this part-time or full-time role supports the smooth running of our operations through a variety of responsibilities, including:

Conducting client consultations via in-person meetings, virtual calls, and phone conversations, delivering a personalised and engaging experience. Assisting customers in selecting engagement rings and fine jewellery, providing expert product knowledge and style guidance. Assist with daily operational support, including running errands as needed. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Slack, and internal database systems. Serve as a key liaison between customers, the sales team, and the production team to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. Maintain and update all Quality Control documentation within the Quality Management System. Perform multifaceted administrative tasks for the Head of Quality Control, such as data entry, filing, and records management. Verify purchase orders against incoming stock to confirm type, quality, and quantity of products received. Assist with inventory management, including stock takes and follow-ups for diamonds, rings, and other jewellery items.

Saturday availability is essential.


About You



We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team. Previous experience in jewellery or diamonds is highly valued. While we welcome candidates in the early stages of their careers, we are equally open to those with more experience who are eager to contribute and grow with us.

You will thrive in this role if you:



Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide outstanding customer service. Are tech-savvy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Slack, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems. Have a basic understanding or a keen interest in jewellery, particularly diamonds, and a willingness to learn more. Are a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
