An Operations Coordinator is a multifaceted role focused on the smooth and efficient running of daily business operations. They act as a bridge between different departments, manage logistics, improve processes, and ensure seamless project execution. Essentially, they are the behind-the-scenes heroes who keep everything running smoothly
What you'll do:
Co-ordinate day-to-day client operations to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Assist in planning, organising, scheduling and tracking projects
Manage all project tasks and actions, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
Schedule and update project plans, ensuring all stakeholders have clear and current information
Manage all client documentation that is required for projects.
Act as the primary interface with customers, handling queries, providing updates, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions with customers and internal teams to maintain momentum.
Co-ordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track agreed actions.
Support reporting by gathering, collating, and presenting key project metrics and customer feedback.
Assist with onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth and positive start to their journey.
Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Ensure all work reflects our values in both internal and external interactions.
Who are we looking for
A motivated, enthusiastic individual
A recent Business Management graduate or similar field (graduated in last 2 years).
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
Comfortable with technology and quick and willing to learn new systems.
Proactive in problem-solving and not afraid to take initiative.
Able to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
Providing general office support to the management team
Tech savvy or willing to learn, including use of Microsoft Excel
Great communication skills

Essential requirements:
Minimum of 3 Highers at grade C or above (or equivalent), ideally in business related subjects
Confident using Microsoft Office, ideally with experience of MS Project
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
Experience in a customer-facing or team-based environment
Preference given to candidates who have a achieved a 2:1 or above in their degree
