What you will be doing


Working with Telco Client Relationship Director to continue to drive for growth across UK & Europe for Cyber, Network & Field Services solutions. Creating Board approved Telco division strategic business cases for Opco, Supplier & Customer engagement opportunities as part of the Northern European centralised targets.


Oversight & Operational support of RAID aligned to all delivery (RAG) status across Telco Delivery, generating weekly report for Business Development & Delivery Director for presentation to SLT/Board where necessary. Presenting directly on occasion status of all inflight projects to SLT & Board



Support for BU Leads with the creation of any Headcount, Software, hardware / miscellaneous spend to present to Business Development & Deliver Director / SLT for approval. Where necessary also supporting matrix functions with business need/demand business case



Support the BU to meet desired Resource, Delivery, Succession Planning, objectives and targets as set by the Telco Business Development & Delivery Director and wider Ricoh Norther Europe Board



To work collaboratively with Ricoh Telco customers, Sales, Delivery, Design & Implementation Teams, Technical Account Management, Third party suppliers/Vendors in order to create "future operational delivery state" and ensure "current delivery" is able to fulfil delivery of pipeline opportunities.



Direct line management of the Ricoh Telco Network, Cyber, Field & Engineering BU Leads both Permanent and Contract, supporting with all personal development and career growth. Supporting the matrix management of wider technical personnel across Ricoh Telco when and where required.



Record, report and manage the assigned project budgets effectively to ensure profitability of delivery with support of PMO function



Support the management for the central strategy against current approved business case aligned to future target operating models and future growth of the Ricoh Telco Division.



Promote a culture of pro-activity, innovation, transparency, collaboration, and flexibility in all aspects of project delivery to ensure we have a diverse and inclusive workforce

You will ideally have


Excellent communication skills and c-level engagement experience Demonstrable experience in project/programme management, and man management preferably managing multiple simultaneous projects in a telecoms environment Understanding of networks, infrastructure, IT, tools and practices, across: Experience supporting Business Cases (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones) Comfortable working with and managing cross-functional teams, planning works, budgeting, and time lining new initiatives Ability to manage risk and compliance across multiple projects of varying sizes. Demonstrable Strategy, Management and Delivery skills and capability.
