We believe in honesty, loyalty, and a shared commitment to excellence, which is why we put people first in every aspect of our business.

Here, we offer not just career opportunities, but the chance to be part of a forward-thinking team that's driving innovation in the glass industry. At Clayton Glass, the difference is clear.

At Clayton Glass, excellence in safety, quality, and environmental responsibility is more than a goal--it's a core part of how we operate.

As we work towards formal ISO accreditation (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001)

, we're looking for a dedicated SHEQ Site Coordinator to help us embed and

elevate these standards

across our manufacturing site.

This role is central to our commitment to

continuous improvement

. Reporting directly to the Head of SHEQ, the SHEQ Site Coordinator acts as an independent presence on site--separate from production--ensuring that our high standards are consistently applied,

our people are protected

, and our

processes are always evolving

for the better.

You'll be the voice of SHEQ on the shop floor, working closely with the Site or Factory Manager, Shift Managers, and support teams including maintenance, logistics, QA, and Health & Safety. Your ability to

build strong relationships

across all levels of the business will be key to driving engagement, accountability, and a

shared commitment to operational excellence

.

This is a

hands-on role

for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and understands the importance of robust quality systems. You'll play a pivotal part in our journey toward ISO accreditation--championing best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and helping to foster a culture where safety, quality, and environmental care are everyone's responsibility.

The

SHEQ Site Coordinator

plays a pivotal role in embedding and elevating our standards across

Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality

.
