What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):


Partner with 1LOD owners to build out the Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans and plan exercises for EU & UK. Run global BCP Practise exercises, with appropriate follow ups and recommendations Partner with EU entity leads to ensure we remain DORA compliant. Define and monitor KRIs related to Operational Resiliency.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):


4+ years of career experience with at least 1 year of experience in the development of operational resiliency for large companies Good understanding of how the various functions of a regulated financial services business operate (e.g. Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit, Outsourcing). Process orientated. Clear verbal and written communicator. Able to work in a fast-paced, often fluid environment with strong prioritization skills. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with regulators.

Nice to haves:


Previous experience with Fusion Framework or other BCM software. Passion for resiliency. Previous experience working in a multinational / US-headquartered business. Experience with retail-oriented payments, trading, or brokerage platforms.

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).


Pay Range:
59,400--66,000 GBP
