We're looking for Operational Support to support our brilliant sales team and provide exceptional service to our clients. Here's a bit more about the position:



Operational Support is the glue between Sales and the Warehouse, ensuring that every order flows seamlessly from enquiry through to delivery and invoicing. You'll gain exposure to all sides of the business; Sales, Fabrication, Logistics, and Accounts, and play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly.This role combines office-based coordination with hands-on involvement in the warehouse, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to see how everything fits together in a busy, friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate daily operations between Sales, Warehouse, and Fabrication teams Process customer orders accurately through backend systems and track progress to dispatch Order stock and materials as needed to meet customer requirements Check stock availability and carry out regular rack checks Work closely with warehouse team leaders to prioritise workloads Arrange transport and deliveries, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently Raise and process credits where required Support invoicing and payment workflows, liaising with the accounts team Maintain accurate records across systems and communicate updates with Sales
