Operational Support - MCF -

About the Role -

MCF has proudly expanded to its fifth warehouse in just five years, with our newest site now established in Skelmersdale. This growth reflects our position as a multi?award?winning logistics team.

We are seeking a motivated individual to play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations while providing exceptional customer service and support to both our clients and internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate transport bookings and maintain tracking systems Prepare and manage paperwork to meet B2B requirements Liaise with warehouse supervisors to deliver operational plans Monitor service performance and produce reports Hold regular video calls with clients and share updates Keep management systems up to date with strong IT skills Complete administration tasks accurately and on time

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised, proactive, and detail?oriented Confident communicator with strong IT and customer service skills Able to work independently once trained, and under pressure when needed A true team player who embodies our values: Customer Obsessed, Passionate, Ready, and Collaborative
Initially 13.25 ph & Pay Review in April 2025 once training is completed.
