Job Description
to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 3 months.
Salary:
From 32.04 ph to 47 ph PAYE or 35.90 to 54.71 ph via umbrella
Clinical Supplies Assistant
Role:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer queries and requests, and opportunities, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Maintain clear documentation for operational processes, SOPs, and workflows.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage set-ups, production and delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and work with relevant teams to implement best practices. optimising productivity and resource utilisation
- Troubleshoot and escalate operational concerns, ensuring effective resolution.
- Operational support or customer service experience; plant or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritisation, and accuracy in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency with office software; experience with SAP or supply chain systems is advantageous.
- Experience within pharmaceutical or clinical trial administration
