Operations & Administration Co-Ordinator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations & Administration Co-Ordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Administration

.

As a Operations & Administration Co-Ordinator you'll:

Lead the creation, execution, and review of operational action plans to ensure full contract compliance and team alignment. Drive the change process to meet key milestones and deliver results. Support the effective delivery of Cleaning and Catering services in line with contract standards. Champion consistent application of Company and Client policies to enhance service quality and performance. Oversee company systems, including HR, Health & Safety, Training, Audits, Payroll, Billing, and general administration. Manage core HR functions such as Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development, Absence Management, and Performance Support.

What we're looking for:

Solid educational background with qualifications in Administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities. Experienced in handling confidential information with discretion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive in planning activities, meetings, and events, with the ability to anticipate and overcome challenges.
