Job Title: Operations & Administrative Coordinator

Role /Responsibilities:



Email monitoring, responding, and communication management.

Use of CPU, Sage and Microsoft Office.

Maintenance of stock levels and orders.

Maintenance of physical and digital paperwork.

Scheduling and maintenance of the remedial department.

Processing card payments, invoices, banking and petty cash.

Handling Facebook page messages and social media updates.

This is a customer facing role, involving direct interaction with customers face to face, over the telephone, via email, and through social media.

What We're Looking For:



Organised and detail-oriented, with strong literacy and numerical skills

Confident using computers, standard office software and familiarity / experience working with Sage or similar accounting software

Comfortable interpreting customer requirements to prepare accurate customer records

A good communicator, both written and verbal

Able to manage their own workload and meet deadlines

Friendly, reliable and happy to pitch in wherever needed

Knowledge of the double glazing or building industry is an advantage but not essential

Previous experience in similar administrative or operations role would be an advantage

Full-time, permanent position with competitive pay rate depending on experience
