About the Role - Operations Administrator

This is your opportunity to join the operations team dedicated to facilitating that growth. Working across several departments you will bring your current experience, problem solving skills and attention to detail to make sure we offer the best possible service to our ever growing customer base.

About Bleach

Bleach London is the brainchild of renowned fashion hairstylist Alex Brownsell, who pioneered the twenty-first-century home hair colour revolution. She turned bleaching and dyeing friends' hair at home into the world's first salon focused on colouring rather than cutting. Ten years, four locations and a ground-breaking product range later, Bleach London now ships an ever-evolving selection of home bleaches, toners, colour and care products all over the world.



All formulas are vegan and cruelty-free and come with expert instructions that allow consumers to bleach and dye like a professional in no time.



The company is a leading hair care provider, and is sold in retailers including Boots, Superdrug, The Hut Group, ASOS and Amazon, as well as Walmart, CVS and Kroger in the US.

What You'll Be Doing

Processing and monitoring retail orders and assisting with new line form completion Monitoring D2C order portals, liaising with warehouses and communicating with customers to provide end to end support for our D2C channels Raising sample orders and campaign shipments for all marketing projects Raising and maintaining purchase orders, supporting in new product set up and maintaining product master data Maintaining tracking and reporting tools to allow wider visibility of the Logistics and Supply Chain operations Support the wider operations team in maintaining ERP systems to the highest standards.

Experience That Fits This Role

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin operations or fulfilment role Strong problem solving skills. Ability to prioritise several tasks and organise a diverse workload. Confident user of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Google Sheets, SAP and ecommerce platforms. Confident interacting with customers in a professional manor A collaborative, roll up your sleeves mindset
