Operations Administrator
to join our collaborative and friendly Operations team at our award-winning, innovative company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly - someone who values structure, consistency, and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting our Operations, Sales, and Shipping teams with a variety of administrative tasks.
Managing customer orders and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries by liaising with clients and logistics partners.
Maintaining excellent customer service standards across our global key accounts.
Coordinating with our third-party warehouse and handling shipping documentation.
Processing invoices, managing email correspondence, and ensuring data accuracy.
What You'll Bring
A methodical approach and a keen eye for detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (any industry background welcome).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
