As an Operations Administrator, you will support the Project Manager with a variety of administrative and documentation tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, looking to gain more experience.

This will be a

3-month fixed term contract.

Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and wider operations team

Assist with preparing, formatting, and maintaining project documentation

Track and update project records, logs, and reports

Support in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring project activities

Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documentation

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders when required

What will you bring?



Previous administrative experience, ideally within operations or project support

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Self-motivated and adaptable
