We are looking for a Despatches Administrator to join our Team. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day tasks of Despatches Operations processes are carried out accurately and efficiently, working in collaboration with colleagues both here and in the UK.

As a Despatches Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day tasks of Despatches Operations processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.



This role, within the Despatches team, encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities. Reporting to a line manager, you will need to establish a high standard for the following activities:


Responsibility for accurate, timely and secure DFD uploads Responsibility for tasks associated with weekly task schedule and series delivery Responsibility for the day-to-day tasks of Despatches Operations processes Review and update working documents and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate Problem solving and assisting with day-to-day issues that may arise and require investigation, direction or escalation Responding to customer queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalating them when necessary Join Despatches team meetings Join weekly catch-up meetings Support adhoc tasks as and when required Assist across all work streams and sub-teams within Despatches to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our business requirements Perform other duties as defined by your line manager

As a Despatches Administrator, you will play a crucial role in examination administration process working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. You will be an ideal candidate if you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment.



We do not expect that you will necessarily have previous experience working in our field. We will provide you with the training and support you need to succeed. One thing you must bring, and share, is a great attitude. What we do is important, and we are passionate about exceeding our own and our customers' expectations.


The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:




Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to provide excellent customer service Strong organisational and time management skills to manage timely completion of multiple tasks A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and to demanding deadlines. Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, word and Power Bi)
