Job Description

The Operations Administrator works at the very centre of the organisation, coordinating and completing tasks that ensure our services run smoothly and keep our customers happy. They encounter a huge amount of variety in their role, carrying out daily and weekly tasks and responding to diverse customer enquiries. The Operations Administrator has the opportunity to work collaboratively with most divisions across the organisation to maximise operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Operations



Provide an outstanding Front of House service to customers Oversee Mission Control across our multi-site operation, supporting tutors with administrative and support tasks and directing escalations and enquiries Administer our authorised Test Centre on behalf of Pearson Vue Undertake weekly data analysis of our customer pulse survey data and attendance Conduct learning experience evaluations on behalf of programme tutors Receive, organise and redirect mail Set up Google Glassroom, create surveys, send Joining Instructions and handbooks and create registers Create and Issue Certificate and Digital Badge Credentials Schedule weekly posts across all social media platforms Update and maintain content on our websites and social media Provide first-line customer service to participants via phone, email and social media Coordinate and schedule one-to-ones for participants with Tutors Compile data in response to funder and regulator audit requests.
You will develop your operational skills. Your work will directly impact the success of the organisation and its external voice. This is a unique opportunity in which you will play a key role in building a new organisation, with exposure to all key business activities.

Knowledge



Familiarity with and understanding of:

General operational administrative processes Digital Marketing strategies including content, video, and voice marketing Social Media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Media production including illustration, video, and audio

Skills



Demonstrating the following skills will accelerate your progress in this role:

Time management and organisation Interpersonal skills Creative skills including graphic design Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills Verbal and written communication and presentation Experience using Canva will be highly advantageous Experience using Eventbrite, MailChimp would also be beneficial
