We are seeking a organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our Operations, Commercial, and Pre-Construction teams. This is a pivotal role that ensures smooth day-to-day business operations, effective communication, and efficient administrative processes across the project lifecycle.

Duties



Operational & Administrative Support



Provide daily administrative support to the Operations Manager and wider project teams. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and filing systems. Assist in preparing reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and other operational documents. Assist with the collation and preparation of documents for tenders, including supplier information and submission formatting. Support the creation of pre-construction documents such as RAMS, PQQs, and CPPs (training provided). Coordinate internal meetings, site visits, and team calendars Act as a central point of contact for internal and external enquiries. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organisation. Support wider business functions to ensure efficient daily operations.

Commercial & Procurement Support



Support the Commercial team with issuing enquiries, obtaining quotes, and maintaining procurement trackers. Assist in the purchasing of materials, ensuring timely ordering and clear communication with suppliers. Process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoice queries. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing and delivery schedules.

Experience



Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
