We're looking for an experienced administrator who wants to develop into an Operations Coordinator/ planner role. If you enjoy organising people, information and schedules, and you naturally build strong working relationships, this could be the right move for you.
Sky Revolutions is a leading UK provider of aerial imaging, surveying, timelapse and filming services across construction, energy, local authorities and the private sector. Many of our clients return to us year after year, so professionalism, clear communication and good customer service are essential in this role.
About the Role
You'll begin with core admin responsibilities while we train you in the planning and coordination side of operations. It's fast paced, detail heavy and suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency and looking after internal and external relationships.
What You'll Do
Handle incoming enquiries by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
Keep our CRM updated with accurate, real time information
Create RAMS using templates
Send works orders and schedule jobs in the planner
Communicate with clients regarding quotes, details and missing information
Prepare documents for larger jobs
Liaise with team members and subcontractors to ensure jobs run smoothly
Book travel and accommodation
Maintain workflow visibility and send deliverables to clients
Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager
Build strong working relationships across the team and with returning clients
What We're Looking For
Strong admin experience
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confident, clear communication skills (phone and email)
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
CRM experience (Salesforce is a bonus)
Good Microsoft Office skills
Reliable, positive and able to work independently
Someone who values good customer service and can build rapport easily
Construction knowledge is a bonus but not essential
Right to work in the UK
Full UK driving licence

30,000 to 32,000 depending on experience
