Job description
We are looking for a new Operations Administrator to join our team. The role is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. This is a permanent position
Main duties include but not limited to:
Reactive daily planning
PPM planning
Arranging permits for access to sites (shopping centres, airports etc)
RAMS
Complete hot work permits and fire isolation paperwork
Hiring access equipment needed for jobs
Ensuring all materials are available to the engineer for the works to be carried out
General admin duties such as answering the phone, Monitoring emails, Logging jobs, Entering supplier invoices,
Data inputting
Arranging quotes for customers from reactive works
Quotes to customers for service contacts/AC installations
Updating spreadsheets for customer updates
The Ideal Candidate;
Good Communication Skills are essential
Polite & Bubbly telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
High level of accuracy
An ability to use common sense and initiative, and stay calm under pressure
Good at Juggling tasks and prioritising
IT skills and knowledge in Xero & Microsoft packages would be advantageous but full training will be provided to successful candidate.
