We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in customer service and order processing to join our operations office team. This role requires a confident communicator to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Duties Include:

?Answering incoming calls to the operations team efficiently to avoid any missed calls. ?Processing customer orders. ?Dealing promptly with all customer enquiries. ?Log incoming customer opportunities and ensure they are resolved timely and professionally. ?Provide product data sheets and product information. ?Organising customer deliveries, correctly booking on requested delivery date. ?Maximise sales potential through upselling opportunities. ?Advise customers of any product shortages or delays with their orders. ?Organising Sample ordering. ?Other related admin tasks to ensure best customer service..
