Overview


The Operations Administrator plays a valued and important role within our operations team by providing general administration support, managing paperwork, systems, communication and coordination of export activities, and training.

This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday.

The Role



Accurate and timely completion of all administrative documents for export including deliveries, verification of labels, liaising with vets, and freight forwarders. Ensure Managers complete Return to Work interviews with employees and that the paperwork is issued to HR. Assist with the arrangements of operational townhalls. Support Managers and Admin functions on stock counts, data entry. Manage PPE by ensuring adequate stock levels, advising H&S of requirements. Maintain the time and attendance system daily, ensuring any absence is recorded correctly and any clocking in/out discrepancies are resolved. Tracking of employee sickness and annual leave. Act as the main focal point for all payroll related queries, assisting with the payroll reporting process monthly. Maintaining the operations training matrix, ensuring training is organised and logged accordingly. Complete other general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and updating records etc. Please note this role includes periodic working within a factory-based environment to support teams during busy periods, attend meetings, or to liaise with operational staff.

Skills & Experience



Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise well. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Previous experience working in an administrative role desirable. Confident in the use of MS office.
