Managing and keeping up to date Dear Inventory System
Checking Stock in warehouse/ Dear to place orders
Placing purchase orders with our suppliers
Checking stock received against delivery notes - uploading documents onto inventory management system
Ensure correct pricing on the Invoices which have been agreed with supplier, raising any discrepancies with line manager
Input goods received onto system
Overall management of the Purchase Ledger
Production
Review daily production and updating system for the production
Assist with production planning and scheduling
Prepare and printing of product labels
Managing of new product lines and adding them onto the system
Adding SKU's to the system
Sales
Monitoring all sales orders from either internal or external customers, both through the portal or email
Entering sales orders onto system. Checking and ensuring that the correct products go out matching the sales order/delivery notes
Following up with internal and external customers on orders
Liaising with customers on forecast orders and following up on invoice payments
General
Regular stock taking
To assist the Operations Manager with Purchase/Production/Sales requests
To assist with booking logistics for international/national freight carriers
Skills & Experience: (include generic, specific sector, people management, languages etc.)
Be experienced in Microsoft Applications - Word / Excel / Outlook.
Be approachable and confident.

Professional, positive and decisive in approach.
Be self motivated
An excellent telephone manner is essential for all call handling.
Ability to prioritise tasks and time.

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
