About The Role

You are in charge every detail of the organisation and logistics of the conference - if you love organising, this job is perfect for you! From liaising with speakers, sponsors, delegates and accounts departments, you are the organisational hub of the event!

What Will I Learn? Be Doing? Be Spending Most Of My Time On?

Planning, administration, executing and project managing all physical and virtual events, both in the UK and abroad
Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues and all things operational from day one of the event
Inter-departmental collaboration and liaison to hit logistics deadlines
Delivering outstanding experiences for our customers within the allocated budget
Researching new venues and onsite experiences to put the customer front and centre
Maintain strong client communications and relationship building in the delivery of sponsorship and exhibition deliverables
Excellent customer service and liaison for all incoming queries and requests
Sourcing new suppliers and cost-effective solutions
Liaising with accounts departments, chasing payments politely and paying invoices
Post-event customer communications and account management
