What will you be doing?





As a key member of our operations team and reporting to the Head of Customer and Operations, the

Operations Administrator

will work with our job planning system to create and distribute sales invoices for customers for completed jobs in order to deliver the highest quality service. You will also be part of our reporting team responsible for preparing and formatting client reports, ensuring they meet company standards for presentation and branding. Duties include finalising PDF reports, uploading them to the internal system and distributing to clients in a timely and professional manner.



You will:


Work with our job planning system to create and distribute sales invoices for customers for completed jobs Work with other departments to complete sales documentation Create and send sales invoices Post sales invoices to the Xero accounts system Work with the wider finance team and internal teams to prioritise and organise workload when required Prepare and format client-facing reports to meet professional presentation standards Create and update front covers for PDF reports to ensure brand consistency Review and finalise reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and suitability for clients Upload completed reports onto the internal system for tracking and storage Distribute finalised reports to clients in a timely and professional manner

To join our team, you will need:




Previous experience in an administration role dealing with numerical data Strong IT skills and the ability to use finance systems, Microsoft Excel and Word confidently Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads under pressure to meet deadlines An aptitude for financial processes and ability to learn swiftly Have excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working Self-motivated, proactive and driven to deliver The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues Have lots of enthusiasm to consistently deliver a refreshing customer experience Reliability and dependability is essential

Ideally you will also have:


Experience using Xero (desirable but not essential) Relevant administration or business-related qualification e.g., Level 2/3 in Business Administration (desirable)
