DALPUMPs are part of The DAL Group that have been operating within the drainage industry for over 35 years, providing expert solutions and top-quality customer service to our client base. We are experiencing strong growth, and this has led us to recruit for some key new members of staff.

The Position:



We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our Administration team as an Operations Administrator. This role will be fast paced and require someone with excellent organisation and inter-personal skills to help support our busy team with receiving customer queries and instructions, liaising with Technicians and the office staff and being a good organiser and communicator.

Our new Operations Administrator will need to have some previous working knowledge of a fast paced environment, possible in a similar environment. Good levels of numeracy and accuracy are required as this role will involve processing large amounts of information.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Office in Spalding. This role will ideally suit someone looking to build upon their career and who wants to learn and grow within a secure business.

Person Specification:



We are looking for someone who has

A positive can-do attitude and is a fast learner Enjoys working as part of a team and independently A confident telephone manner Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes Previous experience working in administration is desirable. Previous experience working with customers is key. A person with excellent organisational skills who can juggle multiple tasks. A confident communicator with good attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
